Job description

Vergence is looking for an Engagement Director with tactical PM capability, or a Senior Technical Project Manager who can operate at the Engagement Director level. The ideal candidate must be very professional, have a technical Project Management background to run schedules etc., and possess experience managing executive stakeholders across multiple state agencies with multiple aggressive delivery deadlines. This person will lead a long-term strategic initiative in the workforce space spanning AI, data analytics, and development in the workforce space.

• Government/State project experience (required)
• Strong tech and data project management background
• Highly professional executive presence
• Ability to build and drive a complex project schedule
