Job description

Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer Overview: The Distribution PMO Trainer/Project Supervisor is a critical member of the training and project supervision team, responsible for delivering training on Government-Furnished transactional data systems, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and supervising project activities under the Distribution Expeditionary Capabilities (DECAP) contract. This role requires completing Government-Furnished training within 10 calendar days of contract award and training all Contractor personnel prior to task order start dates. The Distribution Trainer/Project Supervisor must be capable of global deployment within 48 hours to support emerging requirements, ensuring mission readiness and compliance with DLA standards.

Primary Responsibilities: * Complete Government-Furnished Training: Within 10 calendar days of contract award, complete all required Government-Furnished training, including role-based access requirements for WMS and other IT Data Systems as specified in the DECAP contract. * Train Contractor Personnel: Deliver training to all Distribution Contractor personnel on Government-Furnished transactional data systems (e.g., WMS) and other IT Data Systems, using DLA Distribution Operations Training Manuals, prior to the start date of each task order. * Supervise Project Activities: Provide supervision for Contractor employees, including: * Planning and managing training and project tasks professionally to meet task order requirements.

* Scheduling work to maximize resource utilization and ensure efficient delivery of training and project outcomes. * Ensuring accurate and timely submission of training reports and project deliverables. * Implementing quality controls to maintain high standards in training and project execution.

* Global Deployment: Be prepared to deploy globally within 48 hours of notification to support emerging DLA requirements, ensuring rapid response to mission-critical needs. * Coordinate Training Logistics: Interface with DLA representatives and Contractor teams to coordinate access to training materials, facilities, and systems, ensuring seamless training delivery. * Mentor and Lead: Train and mentor subordinate employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance training methodologies and project processes. * Quality Contribution: Participate in Team Olgoonik's quality efforts, contributing to initiatives aimed at improving training standards and operational performance. * Additional Duties: Perform all other related duties as assigned or requested by the Program Manager or DLA.

Supervisory Responsibilities: * Train, mentor, and supervise subordinate employees involved in training and project tasks, ensuring high performance and adherence to DLA standards. * Coach team members to optimize training delivery and project execution. Education and/or Experience: * Minimum Qualifications: * Four (4) years of experience as a training specialist, with demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering technical training programs.

* One (1) year of experience as a supervisor or work leader, managing teams in a professional setting. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience training personnel on DLA-specific systems, such as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Distribution Standard System (DSS). * Bachelor's degree in education, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Training Expertise: Proficient in designing and delivering technical training programs, with a focus on IT data systems and warehouse operations. * Leadership: Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. * Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with WMS or similar data systems.

* Global Mobility: Ability to deploy globally within 48 hours, with strong adaptability to diverse operational environments. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver training and coordinate with DLA and Contractor teams. * Teamwork: Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a training and project team.

* Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail to ensure accuracy in training materials and project deliverables. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: * N/A Security Clearance: * Must be a U.S. Citizen.

* Must possess a valid U.S. passport. * Must possess a valid U.S.
