What You Will Be Doing
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Description: The Aeronautics Global Production Operations organization is seeking a Training Integrator to join the Factory & Field Training Team in Fort Woth. The Training Integrator will serve as the primary liaison between Factory and Field Training and Production Operations for the Fort Worth location, overseeing the operational aspects of ongoing training projects. This role is responsible for tracking project status, Learning Plan enrollments, managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring that all initiatives meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the Operations Integration - Factory & Field Training organization by influencing and managing training solutions for Production Operations staff. Primary responsibilities include:
  • Training Integration
    • Develop and maintain master training plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and tracking of individual learning plans.
    • Ensure timely employee participation and completion of all required training.
  • Project Oversight
    • Monitor and manage the day-to-day operational execution of training projects.
    • Review project status, budgets, and schedules; generate and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as the central point of contact between Factory Training & Field Training and Production Operations leadership.
    • Facilitate communication, align expectations, and ensure timely information flow.
    • Serve as a liaison in meetings to communicate training information, completion data, advise on training enrollment strategies, and receive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Issue Management & Resolution
    • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues; develop and implement corrective actions to keep training on track.
    • Coordinate with Factory & Field Training and Production Operations leadership to resolve problems affecting productivity, quality, or client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Capture lessons learned and best practices; recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of training.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare concise, data-driven status reports, and presentations for Production Operations leadership.

Must be a U.S. citizen, as the role supports a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or training operations within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
