Roofing, Siding & Window Installation Subcontractor
Location: New Jersey
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
About the Opportunity
Velaz Group LLC is seeking experienced and reliable subcontractors specializing in roofing, siding, and window installation to join our growing network. We are looking for professional crews and skilled installers who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for established subcontractors looking for consistent work and competitive pay.
Responsibilities
  • Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Install vinyl and fiber cement siding.
  • Install replacement and new construction windows.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
  • Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers regarding job progress.
Qualifications
  • Experience installing roofing, siding, and/or windows.
  • Must have your own tools and equipment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass background requirements when required by certain municipalities or projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • must be certified Home Improvement Contractors.
  • General Liability Insurance required
  • Having your own crew is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with asphalt shingle roofing.
