Description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Lincoln Correctional Facility located in Lincoln, Illinois. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Pay rate: $48/hr starting + evening shift differential

Shift: 2, 12's (7p-7a) & 2, 8's (3pm-11pm)

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required

• Registered Nurse (RN) Illinois license or ability to obtain one required

• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
