As a Nurse Manager, you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned units. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of IL Registered Nurse (R.N.) license or Licensed Practicle Nurse (L.P.N.), C.P.R. Certification, and two (2) years of R.N. or L.P.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. or L.P.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
