Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This position allows for flexible remote work, focusing primarily on outpatient services. Our therapists engage with clients via secure telehealth platforms and, while remote, will have access to a supportive team of peers and supervisors who promote open communication and professional growth. As a Senior LMFT at Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on the unique dynamics and needs of each client.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally responsive and goal-oriented.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to facilitate client progress and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide holistic care and leverage strengths across various specialties.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

You will engage with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services focused on marriage and family therapy.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to forge rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and adherence to ethical practice standards in therapy.

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital counseling platforms is highly advantageous.
• Advanced training in specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus, such as Trauma-Informed Care or Play Therapy.
• Previous experience working within a team-based approach in a social services or healthcare setting is preferred.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
