Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Our commitment to providing culturally competent services means that you will have the opportunity to work with varied populations, enhancing your clinical skills and broadening your professional horizons.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services focused on marriage and family therapy.
  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to forge rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and adherence to ethical practice standards in therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital counseling platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced training in specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus, such as Trauma-Informed Care or Play Therapy.
  • Previous experience working within a team-based approach in a social services or healthcare setting is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health, life, dental, and vision insurance to support your overall well-being.
  • A retirement plan to help you plan for the future.
  • Flexible insurance options to meet your unique lifestyle needs.
  • A culture that prioritizes work-life balance and employee wellness.
