Role Overview

We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented Business Analysts / Educational Raters to support projects focused on improving and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs), including AI systems such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

The role involves analyzing complex educational and research-based content, conducting online research, evaluating AI-generated responses, identifying inaccuracies, and providing detailed explanations and annotations to improve AI model performance.

This opportunity is well suited for candidates with backgrounds in analysis, research, education, writing, journalism, communications, literature, engineering, statistics, or related fields.

Must-Have Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant professional, academic, research, analytical, or writing experience
• Strong research, analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in U.S. English (en-US)
• Ability to analyze complex information and identify factual inaccuracies
• Experience researching information online and verifying facts using reliable sources
• Ability to summarize large amounts of information clearly and accurately
• Ability to provide detailed explanations, corrections, feedback, and annotations
• Ability to work independently in a remote, full-time environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed project guidelines
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools effectively for research and analytical tasks

Gemini Account Requirement – MUST HAVE

Candidates must already have an active Gemini App account with genuine conversation history.

The account must not have been created solely for this project.

Candidates must have:

• An established Gemini account
• Genuine previous conversation history
• At least 10 separate conversations related to education, learning, academics, exam preparation, research, projects, or skill development

This information will be validated before the candidate joins the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex educational content, datasets, logical problems, and research-based questions
• Conduct online research to verify claims and determine information accuracy
• Evaluate and fact-check AI-generated responses
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and unsupported claims in AI responses
• Provide accurate corrections with clear and detailed explanations
• Summarize large volumes of information into concise, logical, and well-structured content
• Create analytical scenarios, examples, and annotations to improve LLM performance
• Apply logical and lateral thinking to solve unfamiliar or complex problems
• Review educational and research-related content for quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Provide constructive feedback that helps improve AI model responses
• Follow project guidelines and maintain consistent quality throughout the engagement

Preferred Background

Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a degree in one of the following or a related field:

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Professional experience in analysis, research, writing, editing, education, translation, or journalism

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Ability to interpret data and apply basic arithmetic to identify trends and relationships
• Experience reviewing, evaluating, or fact-checking written content
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Creative and lateral thinking skills
• Experience working independently in a remote environment
