Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual circumstances and psychological needs. This includes utilizing diagnostic tools and developing insights into clients' backgrounds.
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions using various modalities โ€” including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family systems theory โ€” to address the specific challenges faced by clients.
  • Document client interactions accurately and timely in compliance with clinic policies to ensure continuity of care and uphold ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest therapeutic methodologies and industry trends.
  • Foster a strong rapport with clients through effective communication, demonstrating empathy, respect, and the utmost professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines while navigating the complexities of client relationships in a remote setting.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will encompass a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing issues such as relationship conflicts, mental health disorders, trauma, and the challenges of life transitions. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Current and valid Oregon license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or possess licensure as an LPC or LCSW.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience of at least two years in therapy and treatment planning, particularly with family and couple dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits
