Life Transitions Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate and skilled team in providing remote mental health services. In this remote position, you will be part of a collaborative online work culture that values open communication and professional growth. Utilizing digital therapy tools, our team engages clients in supportive and effective therapeutic processes, ensuring that mental health services are easily accessible. You will leverage technology to maintain seamless interactions and foster client engagement no matter where they are located.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual circumstances and psychological needs. This includes utilizing diagnostic tools and developing insights into clients' backgrounds.
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using various modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family systems theory — to address the specific challenges faced by clients.
• Document client interactions accurately and timely in compliance with clinic policies to ensure continuity of care and uphold ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest therapeutic methodologies and industry trends.
• Foster a strong rapport with clients through effective communication, demonstrating empathy, respect, and the utmost professionalism at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines while navigating the complexities of client relationships in a remote setting.

Your focus will encompass a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing issues such as relationship conflicts, mental health disorders, trauma, and the challenges of life transitions. You will be instrumental in supporting clients' journeys toward healing and personal growth, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid Oregon license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or possess licensure as an LPC or LCSW.
• Demonstrated expertise and experience of at least two years in therapy and treatment planning, particularly with family and couple dynamics.
• Proficient in utilizing digital platforms for therapy, demonstrating comfort with telehealth modalities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in the context of virtual patient care.

• Previous experience working within a community health setting or a similar environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and innovative treatment approaches.
• Strong capability to engage clients through virtual platforms and effectively manage online therapy sessions.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
