This role will offer you the following daily challenges: Liaise with Enterprise Product Management / IGNITE Business Development teams to ensure proposal roadmaps are aligned with subcontracted strategy. Acts as the main Supply Chain Management (SCM) focal point between the Enterprise Strategic Sourcing (ESS) Supply Chain team and all internal cross-functional partners (Engineering, Planning, Finance, Business Development, Contracts).

Ability to understand the proposal requirements to shape and solicit Subcontractor Request For Proposals (RFPs) or Request For Information (RFIs) to support the Prime requirements. Ability to assist the ESS SCM team with Proposal reviews and strategic partnerships and collaborations to support shaping LM's Position to Win. Ability to review all proposal artifacts including a Price Analysis, Technical Evaluation and Competitive Down-Selects to effectively write a Procurement Basis of Estimate (PBOE).

Leads continuous improvement for proposal processes across the ESS SCM team including standard documentation and processes, common reporting and streamlining Subcontractor Pre-Authorization To Proceed (ATP) activities. Basic Qualifications To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education 6+ years of professional experience 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e... Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, and/or Category Management) Previous supply chain management, project management, and business development experience

Desired Skills To be effective, ideally, you should also have: 8+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e. Proposal Support, Subcontract Administration / Management, Control Account Management, and/or Contracts) or equivalent experience/combined education. Previous Professional experience with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP), as well as Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Proven exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation. Strong Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

You bring positivity and enthusiasm to the team and work collaboratively throughout the supply chain lifecycle. Develop and foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional team to work to desired outcomes. Implement continuous improvement leading to improved team and supplier performance.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
