Typically, interns can set their own work hours within agreed-upon parameters with their supervisor, often working remotely or coming into the office on selected days. Assignments are usually project-based with clear deadlines, allowing interns to manage their workload around their availability. Regular check-ins with mentors ensure that interns are supported and can adjust their schedules if needed. This structure helps students gain valuable experience while balancing other responsibilities.
