• Serve as a liaison between students, families, and outpatient providers to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.

• Participate in comprehensive discharge and aftercare planning, offering strategies and resources to support students transitioning out of intensive services.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, incorporating evidence-based practices and modeling healthy relationships with food to promote overall well-being.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the unique needs of each client, especially addressing their intersecting identities and personal circumstances.

Your primary focus will be on students, encompassing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. This role requires a deep understanding of the educational environment, allowing you to advocate effectively for students’ mental health needs while promoting their academic success and emotional resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is essential.

• Experience working with older adults is a plus but not mandatory, as the primary focus will be on school-aged clients.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills are a must, allowing for accurate assessments and personalized care plans.
