Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work schedule that allows for daily productivity without weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Horsham Behavioral Health, you will work with a wide-ranging patient demographic, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges, trauma histories, and varied life transitions. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

  • A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is mandatory.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is critical for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience or training in trauma-informed care practices and familiarity with telehealth systems would be an asset. Additionally, proficiency in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and understanding mental health legislation can enhance service delivery.
