As an LCSW at Heal Space, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting secure and confidential telehealth therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing our structured telehealth platform.
• Performing thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, social, and mental health requirements, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Providing immediate interventions for crisis situations and ensuring client safety through effective response strategies.

• Maintaining meticulous electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment documents in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
