Job description

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Clearance Requirements:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:


As a mechanical engineer for Land and Air Systems, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for providing mission critical situational awareness and real-time information for communication equipment on land and in the air.  You'll design equipment responsible for intelligence gathering, reconnaissance, and technology that enables air superiority with high assurance mission computers to on board weapons systems for our partners in the armed forces.

  • Substantial knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and understanding of application.
