Flex Security Officer (Multi-Site) - TRIDENT

Worksite: Boulder, CO
Hourly Wage: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
Employment Status: Full-Time
Role Type: Flex / Multi-Site Security Officer

TRIDENT is looking for a motivated, professional Flex Security Officer to provide security coverage across multiple client sites in the Boulder area. This is an excellent opportunity for security professionals who are versatile, dependable, and looking to grow a lasting career in the industry. The Flex Officer role offers broad, hands-on experience across diverse security environments - covering open posts, special projects, and staffing gaps - while building the skills and expertise needed to step into supervisory and leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, consistent security coverage across a variety of client locations
  • Cover open shifts, unplanned absences, vacation slots, and specialized assignment requests as needed
  • Perform regular foot patrols and staff stationary posts throughout your assigned shift
  • Monitor designated areas continuously to ensure safety, order, and adherence to site policies
  • Project a visible, professional image throughout every hour of each shift
  • Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors and operations staff via phone or computer
  • Respond efficiently to reassignment requests and last-minute schedule changes
  • Adhere to TRIDENT standards, follow all post-specific procedures, and deliver superior customer service
