Job Title: Service Loaner / Rental Fleet Manager – Edmond Hyundai

Location: Edmond, OK
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Edmond Hyundai is seeking a customer-focused Service Loaner / Rental Fleet Manager to oversee our service loaner vehicle program. This role ensures customers have a smooth, professional experience by providing clean, reliable transportation while their vehicles are in service.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate loaner vehicle reservations for service customers
• Check vehicles in/out and review loaner agreements
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled/charged, and ready daily
• Track fleet usage, mileage, and maintenance needs
• Work closely with service advisors to meet customer needs
• Deliver excellent customer service at pickup and return

Qualifications:
• Customer service or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
