Job Description
Peak's Fleet Clerk performs administrative functions in accordance with policies determined by or in conjunction with management. The coordinator also ensures title transactions are processed and managed in a timely fashion. This includes assisting with title tracking, record keeping, and reporting. Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
  • Asset Registration in Texas and Oklahoma
  • Adding and Updating Registrations on Texas IRP Account
  • Yearly IRP Account Renewal
  • Title Applications and Transfers
  • 936 Trailer House Permits - as needed and Yearly Permits
  • Update and Approve transfers within all lessor systems.
  • Issue New Asset Numbers in accordance with AFE
  • Verify Asset ARF and Audits
  • Create warranty work orders and generate claims with MFG's.
  • Overflow support for work order entry.
  • Transfer approvals in KPA.
  • Insurance Claims and follow up
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands and Exposures
  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
