Job description

A Day in the Life:

The Sr Fleet Analyst will be responsible for developing analytics to drive continuous improvement and the strategic direction of the fleet. This role will develop and productionize the KPIs that will monitor fleet and operational team performance.

The starting salary for this role is $75,000, commensurate with experience. 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and real-time reporting tools that measure performance, provide visibility to fleet operations and executive leadership, and drive continuous improvement
  • Leverage analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to automate workflows, streamline reporting, accelerate insight generation, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve fleet performance and strategic decision-making
  • Create compelling executive-level data visualizations and presentations that translate complex data into clear business insights and key takeaways
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to align fleet strategy, support critical business objectives, and influence data-driven decision-making across the organization

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of analytics experience, including working with large datasets and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, automate processes, generate insights, and support business decisions
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Python expertise and experience with PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
  • Proven track record of using data to drive operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced environment
