Job description

The Fleet Operations Invoicing Analyst position will analyze incentive payment errors to ensure Fleet vehicle incentives are paid correctly and in a timely manner. Duties will include re-invoicing for all Fleet vehicles due to incentive related corrections and dealer out of stock Fleet sales. Act as the liaison between external Fleet customers and Stellantis Pricing team as well as between the Fleet Sales team and the Fleet Finance team. The position will be responsible for implementation of Fleet incentive programs and pricing sales codes each model year. This is a critical role supporting customer retention and sales growth objectives. It is a developmental position with enterprise-wide responsibilities and visibility.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of operations, finance, distribution or other related automotive experience including operational support experience with a sales focus
