Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)JOB OVERVIEW:
We are hiring a Fleet Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Fleet Manager. This is an entry-level role focused on vehicle documentation, compliance tracking, and maintaining accurate fleet records.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals
  • Track and coordinate vehicle inspections and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical fleet records
  • Support filing and submission of DMV and regulatory paperwork
  • Monitor deadlines for registrations, inspections, and documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support additional fleet-related projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
