Position Overview:
Brickell Honda is seeking a hands-on, people-first General Sales Manager to lead our New and Pre-Owned sales operations. You'll coach and develop the sales and management team, drive disciplined processes, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and hold accountable all sales managers and associates.
Run daily huddles, 1:1s, and training to drive performance and development.
Own key sales KPIs: appointments, shows, test drives, write-ups, and closing ratios.
Ensure fast, high-quality lead response and strong CRM usage across the team.
Partner with BDC, F&I, and Fixed Ops to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory, pricing, and deal structures for compliance and profitability.

Qualifications:
Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish Required
5+ years automotive sales management experience (new & used).
Proven track record hitting volume, gross, and CSI objectives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of CRM, desking tools, and digital retailing (Tekion a plus).
High-integrity leader who loves coaching, accountability, and culture-building.
Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda vehicles and products.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
