Santa Monica Seafood is a full-service fresh and frozen seafood processor. We provide the highest quality seafood to customers all over the Southern United States. We are committed to environmentally responsible sourcing and are the industry leader in food safety systems. Santa Monica Seafood's mission is to provide the highest quality and selection of seafood products at fair and reasonable prices while recognizing the importance of conservation and maintenance of a healthy environment.
Shift: 7:00pm-3:30am (Sunday through Friday, Saturday off and one day during the week)
Pay rate: $19.50 an hour
Santa Monica Seafood is looking for a Shellfish Packer.
Shell-Fish packer will pack seafood product in different size boxes. Detailed attention when packing for different customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment
• Repetitive work
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as lift/pull/push/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in cold environment, (40 Degrees temperature).
• Clear aisles and debris
• Perform primary duties efficiently and accurately
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be flexible, dependable and reliable.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance
