Seafood Production Associate - Night Shift

Santa Monica Seafood is one of the nation's leading seafood processors and distributors, proudly serving customers for over 80 years. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Night Production team. As a Seafood Production Associate, you will be cross-trained to perform a variety of production and warehouse duties in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.
What You'll Do
  • Process, trim, cut, and package fresh seafood products
  • Pack, label, sort, and palletize customer orders
  • Load products onto processing equipment and conveyors
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and moving inventory
  • Perform quality checks and maintain a clean work area
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Support different production areas based on business needs

Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35°-40°F)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Full-Time | Night Shift 7:00pm-3:30am (Sunday through Friday, Saturday off and one day during the week)
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
