Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fish Cutter to join the team at our successful wholesale business. As a Fish Cutter, you will be responsible for operating at the high standards set forth by the company. You will trim and prepare all species of fish.
Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim fish using knives and power equipment
  • Package and display fish in various packing materials
  • Ensure the cold chain is unbroken and fish remains high quality
  • Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control
Qualifications
  • Must have at least 3 years experience at fish cutting
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Experience using fish cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools
  • Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 50lbs
