Job Title: Fish Cutter / Fish Packer
Location: Sea Breeze Food Service
Reports to: Fresh Fish Buyer
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Scale: $16.50 (subject to change depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fish Cutter / Fish Packer to join our team. This role involves preparing, cutting, cleaning, and packaging fresh fish products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cut, clean, and fillet fish according to industry and company standards
  • Remove bones, scales, and unwanted parts efficiently
  • Package fish products neatly and accurately for distribution
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist with inventory and stock organization and rotations as needed

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in fish cutting, seafood handling, or food processing preferred (training can be provided)
  • Ability to handle sharp tools safely
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
