Quality Assurance Engineering - Advisor
TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineering - Advisor
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Define and prepare test scenarios and test data after thorough discussion with different stakeholders of the integrated product. Create test inputs and outcomes and detail test case writing that is used during the test execution phase with detailed coverage of the product functionalities. Identify and fix infrastructure issues where software under test is deployed for various level of User Acceptance Testing, Functional Testing, Resilience Testing, and Integration Testing. Perform resilience test execution to ensure systems gracefully handle the exception and no loss of customer data and resume the business after recovery. Raise issues and defects in the test management system and ensure with right severity and priority of the issues for timely fix before delivering the system to the customers. Test environment of migration testing activities to verify that all the payments data are retained after deployment. Create daily, weekly, and monthly test reporting updates on the progress of integration projects and status of the ongoing assignment for all the future deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving software quality assurance and testing experience. Prior experience must include 4 years in the following: Working in Agile methodologies; Quality assurance strategy and test planning; Working with Zephir, Postman, SOAP UI, and Jira; Developing test automation using Selenium, BDM and Cucumber; Integration, system and UAT testing; Working in the payments domain; Root cause analysis and defect triage; and Working with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Azure, and DevOps.
