Business Analyst | Midvale, UT

Nexeo is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large enterprise level banking environment. • Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure shared understanding of rules, processes, and integrated solutions

• Step in to resolve confusion or conflict regarding current state and future state processes post conversion

• Facilitate discussions, document current vs. future state processes, and drive stakeholder consensus

• Ensure high level business requirements are consistently interpreted and implemented across systems and teams

• Validate the existence and accuracy of a master requirements register and trace dependencies across workstreams

• Identify risks related to misalignment, unclear ownership, or conflicting requirements and document “if/then” scenarios

• Propose mitigation strategies and escalate systemic issues when necessary

• Support UAT and mock conversions across end to end scenarios

• Assist in validating that test cases accurately reflect expected outcomes

• Provide strategic input for executive communications, status updates, and milestone tracking

• Support PMO efforts by summarizing cross workstream impacts and articulating “Path to Green” narratives

• Analyze business processes, procedures, and user needs to support operational and business objectives

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements

• Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

• Produce and distribute operational and performance reports

• Act as a liaison between departments, management, and staff to resolve issues and improve processes

• Participate in or lead project management activities as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills

• Deep understanding of banking operations and core banking systems

• Ability to manage detailed tasks while maintaining a strategic, enterprise wide perspective

• Experience working with executives, project managers, and subject matter experts
