The Elementary Teacher (1st grade) is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-qualityinstruction to students in a private school setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver standards-based instruction in core subject areas, including English LanguageArts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities Create a structured, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology tools Assess and monitor student progress using formal and informal assessments Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student performance Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive student behavior Support students' social, emotional, and character development Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians regarding student progressand classroom updates Participate in parent-teacher conferences, faculty meetings, and school events Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and expectations Participate in ongoing professional development
