Cleveland, OH
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Crucial Link is hiring Production Associates for a Cleveland manufacturing company that specializes in aerosol and liquid product filling. This is a great opportunity to join a stable production environment with the potential for long-term employment.

Pay & Schedule
Monday – Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
$22.58/hr
Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential - once hired on (approx 3 months) you join the union with union benefits.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate aerosol and liquid filling equipment on production lines
  • Load containers and materials onto production lines
  • Inspect containers, valves, and finished products for quality defects
  • Package, label, and palletize finished goods for shipment
  • Assist with blending and preparation of products as directed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and production standards
What Your First Week Will Look Like
  • Training on production and filling equipment
  • Learning packaging and labeling procedures
  • Working alongside experienced production team members
  • Becoming familiar with safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
