1st Shift Production Lead- $26-28/hr

Job Description

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations on the plant floor, ensuring that manufacturing and packaging activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. This role provides hands-on leadership to production workers, supports supervisors and management, and helps ensure production goals are met.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of production lead experience.
• 1-2 years of machine operation/production experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production line supervision.
• Knowledge of production management and food manufacturing.
• Ability to implement improvements based on previous manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
