About the Role

Prepare and distribute reports to the Retail team as required. Monitor compliance activities and follow up to ensure adherence to the processes and regulations. Provide administrative support to the Retail Banking Administration team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor, resolve, and identify compliance issues affecting Retail Banking taking into consideration risk vs reward.
  • Research process and system issues, evaluate, and recommend resolutions.
  • Assist in gathering, summarizing and reconciling of Retail Banking employee production information along with compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate with the Retail Staff to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to the team.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support Retail Banking.
  • Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company to accomplish objectives.
  • Provide support to Retail Administration Leadership Team.
  • Prepare and assist with presentation information for meetings and trainings.
  • Compile, organize, and prepare reports and information to support audits and reviews.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, reflecting professionalism throughout.
  • Perform job functions accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Perform tasks in a confidential and independent manner.
  • Display strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem solve.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of banking and/or financial experience is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer software programs is required.
