We are looking for a full-time Fraud Specialist.  This is not a remote position.

Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work Fraud daily
    • Checks
    • Deposits
    • ACH Credits
    • ACH Debits
    • Know your customer
  • Work Payments
  • Manage Alerts
  • Respond to messages
  • Review Reports on Debit Cards
  • Research Reg E claims
    • Research and return for ACH errors
  • Provide credits to customers
  • File disputes
  • Reissue compromised cards

Qualified applicant must possess: 

  • Attention to detail
  • Good problem solver
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
