What is a Family Bank?

A Family Bank refers to a financial institution that primarily focuses on offering banking services tailored to families, such as savings accounts, loans, and wealth management solutions. In some contexts, it can also mean a private, informal system within a family where resources are pooled and managed collectively to support family members' financial needs. Family Banks aim to provide personalized service, help families achieve financial stability, and often offer education on managing finances across generations. They may also assist with estate planning and preserving wealth within the family. The specific services and structure can vary depending on the country and the institution.
