Why are Gen Z not getting hired?

First Full Time positions often require relevant skills, experience, and sometimes certifications, which can be challenging for younger candidates. Additionally, employers may prioritize candidates with a stable work history or specific qualifications, making it harder for Gen Z applicants to secure these roles without prior experience or specialized training.

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?
