Job description

Hearth & Home Technologies (HHT) is looking to add a Branch Manager in Dallas, TX as part of our Fireside Hearth & Home Business Unit. We are the nation’s leading manufacturer and supplier of hearth products, including a wide variety of gas, electric, wood and pellet burning fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and accessories.    

Fireside Hearth & Home is a core business unit within Hearth & Home Technologies and the nation’s largest and leading distributor, retailer, and service provider of hearth products. Built through a series of acquisitions, Fireside Hearth & Home is focused on expert installations, quality craftsmanship, and delivering outstanding service to customers across the United States.  

The Branch Manager is responsible for the profitability, safety, installations and service of the branch and promotes teamwork among the members, subcontractors, builder customers, homeowner customers and vendors. This role is expected to perform all duties with the highest level of customer service, professionalism, safety and integrity. Compensation is comprised of base salary with an additional 10% bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities    

  • Lead and support Division Field Operations Supervisor (DFOS), customer service, and warehouse teams, including daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Foster strong collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams.
  • Manage working capital by overseeing inventory, conducting quarterly audits, and resolving A/R issues.
  • Drive branch financial performance through labor management, capacity planning, and control of G&A expenses.
  • Coordinate installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide field support to DFOS and Service Technicians throughout the preview and post‑view process.
  • Manage branch cash handling, including issuing checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Handle retail walk‑in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories.

Required Qualifications  

  • Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Problem-solving capabilities and excellent customer service skills. 

 Preferred Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations-related or construction related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
