Job description

Description The Head of Growth Products serves as the senior leader responsible for defining and advancing a portfolio of AI-enabled digital products and reusable platform capabilities. This leader will combine product discipline, emerging technology fluency, commercial judgment, and customer empathy to build solutions that create measurable value for customers, colleagues, and the bank. The ideal candidate is a visionary builder with strong product discipline, outstanding executive communication skills, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a track record of launching new digital products that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business value.

Duties & Responsibilities Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and operating model for AI-enabled digital products and platform capabilities. Serve as the general manager for the AI products and platforms domain, making integrated decisions across customer experience, product strategy, technology feasibility, marketing, analytics, legal, risk, compliance, operations, distribution, and commercialization. Identify opportunities to use emerging technology to solve high-value customer, colleague, and business problems.

Translate ambiguous business opportunities into clear product concepts, customer journeys, requirements, MVPs, test plans, and scalable roadmaps. Lead 0-to-1 product development and 1-to-n scaling of new digital capabilities across priority customer and colleague segments. Partner with technology, digital, data, analytics, design, marketing, risk, legal, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to move products from concept to launch.

Build product-led growth loops that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and deeper customer relationships. Develop experimentation frameworks to test customer demand, usability, adoption, engagement, and business impact. Ensure new products are designed to work across digital and human channels, including Huntington's branch, banker, advisor, and relationship models.

Synthesize recommendations from functional experts and make clear prioritization and tradeoff decisions when speed, customer value, business impact, feasibility, and control considerations compete. Stay current on trends in AI, fintech, digital product, customer experience, platform ecosystems, and emerging customer behaviors. Serve as an internal storyteller and evangelist, translating complex technology and product concepts into simple, compelling business narratives.

Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 15+ years of related experience in product management, digital platforms, AI-enabled products, technology, innovation, financial services, fintech, consulting, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI-enabled products, workflow tools, digital platforms, customer or colleague tools, or emerging technology products. Experience launching 0-to-1 products and scaling successful products across multiple audiences, segments, or use cases. Experience leading product strategy, platform roadmaps, cross-functional product delivery, and measurable business outcomes.

Experience operating as a senior product, platform, business, or innovation leader with accountability across multiple functional disciplines. Background in fintech, financial services, technology, product-led growth, marketplaces, digital communities, SaaS, or platform businesses. Demonstrated experience serving as a general manager or domain owner for a product, platform, business line, or strategic capability.

Ability to make integrated tradeoff decisions across product, technology, design, marketing, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, distribution, and commercialization. Strong judgment in knowing when to rely on functional experts, when to escalate, and when to make decisions with incomplete information. Strong understanding of customer-centered design, agile development, experimentation, product analytics, and adoption measurement.

Experience building governance, operating models, and decision frameworks for emerging products or platforms. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with technology, design, analytics, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, and senior business leaders. Strong executive presence and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior leaders.
