Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Overview
The Captain assists the F&B director in overseeing day-to-day operations, including casual, fine dining, private events, and bartending operations. The captain coordinates with the member experience director, the event sales director, and the event host to ensure that all events are well organized and that the expectations of the member and host are exceeded. We are currently hiring for both day and night shifts for the summer and fall; home game weekends are required.
This role pays an hourly rate of $6.00-$8.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until July 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with department heads and employees to execute a high level of service at all times.
  • Coordinates with the member experience director, the event sales director, and the event host to ensure that all events are well organized.
  • Supports day-to-day operations, including casual, fine dining, private events, and bartending operations.
  • Makes sure expectations of the member and host are met and exceeded.
  • Manage, train, and create an engaging atmosphere for employees.
  • Manage the floor by supporting servers, bartenders, and food runners.
  • Ensure that opening and closing duties are completed.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience as a server, floor, or bartending supervisor in a la carte or private dining service.
  • High-energy, outgoing personality with strong professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and motivation skills.
  • Attention to setup and service details are a must.
  • Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with members, employees, and guests.
  • Beverage/wine service knowledge required.
