Job Title: Job Captain

Partnered with several great firms, helping with Project Captain positions with openings due to growth.

Responsibilities:

Developing designs, producing construction documents, and coordinating consultant efforts

Managing RFIs, submittal reviews, drawing revisions, and supplemental construction phase documents

Ensuring clear team communication and collaboration to maintain project schedules

Engaging with clients on project status or, when appropriate, acting as a Project Manager based on skills and directives

Qualifications:

5+ years of architectural experience

Architecture degree required

Proficiency in Revit
