Job description


Senior Financial Systems Developer & Administrator (OneStream) Metro Detroit | Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 remote)
We're partnering with a global manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Systems Developer & Administrator to own and enhance its OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT to support financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and system enhancements while serving as the technical expert for the OneStream environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize the OneStream platform across Development, Test, and Production environments
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, business rules, and other OneStream components
  • Manage security, metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, and application migrations
  • Support integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot application, consolidation, and data integration issues
  • Lead system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Finance leadership to identify automation opportunities and improve business processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and change management processes

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on OneStream administration and development experience
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and close processes
  • Experience with OneStream Business Rules, Dashboards, Cube Views, Workflows, and Transformation Rules
  • SQL experience required; VB.NET/C# experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS, intercompany accounting, and multi-currency environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise financial applications and data integrations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred:
  • OneStream certification
  • Experience with Account Reconciliations, Journal Entry Manager (JEM), Task Manager, and Solution Exchange
  • Experience supporting global organizations
