  • Monitor weekly customer sales volume for oversells and report out as necessary.
  • Drive the continued evolution of application functionality to facilitate global and local utilization and ROI.
  • Work with the CBO Sales Organization in providing GIMS-level forecasts to SCM/IP and GHQ when necessary, including 100% of AM SP/O2 volume and approximately 10% of OE volume not related to releases.
  • Lead the sales team in the monthly demand S&OP meeting, provide output to the supply chain organization, and report historical performance and future projections in executive meetings.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex demand simulations leveraging application modeling tools, statistical analysis, and sales/market intelligence to meet and exceed forecast accuracy KPIs.
  • Ability to manage, update, and maintain large databases and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interface with demand stakeholders at all levels to strategically identify and validate regional and affiliate industry trends and sales drivers.
  • Ability to facilitate data exchange and consensus building in an S&OP environment.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
