Job Description

The Analyst Supply Chain Finance Systems will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Supply Chain Systems that drive the financial aspects of supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of finance and supply chain processes, as well as the ability to bridge technical and business needs to ensure seamless system performance and optimization.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  1. System Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide day-to-day support to manage and maintain supply chain finance systems, ensuring system reliability and performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to finance modules in ERP or other relevant platforms.
  1. Process Optimization
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and HQ IT team to design and implement system enhancements that streamline operations and reduce costs.
    • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support for new initiatives.
    • Analyze current supply chain finance workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and enhancement.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, with a focus on supply chain or finance systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle.
  • Familiarity with supply chain finance concepts like procurement, invoicing, and cost allocation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Mandarin Chinese is a plus
