Salary: $100-$120k Base + $10-$20k Bonus = $110-$140k Total Comp, Benefits, 401k, PTO

We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers.

We're thrilled to announce we just closed $200MM in funding, and are doing some big things!
Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.
Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We have been in business since 2012, and have around 150 employees.
We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote Relationship Manager experienced with:

  • B2B SaaS
  • Mid market accounts
  • Renewals
  • Cross sell, up sell
  • Experience in financial services or working with financial advisors is a big plus, but not required!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage around 75 mid market accounts, $3MM ARR
  • Serve as the primary point of contact
  • Conduct regular check ins, QBRs, and success plans
  • Lead renewal strategies
  • Identify expansion opportunities
