Job Summary:
Integrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products. They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Business Analyst to support the organization’s reporting and data analytics needs, focusing on developing and enhancing reporting frameworks related to key performance indicators and business trends.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports related to KPIs, AUM, AUA, and organizational performance by business unit, product line, advisor, channel, etc.
• Standardize KPI definitions and reporting structures across business unites to enable consistent enterprise level insights
• Support the design and implementation of KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Analyze and interpret trends in financial and operational data such as net new assets, revenue and retention metrics to support strategic decision-making
• Aggregate and reconcile data from multiple internal systems and external data sources (custodians, carriers, clearing firms) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data quality
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to senior leadership
• Ensure data integrity and governance standards are upheld across reporting outputs
• Document data sources, definitions, and reporting processes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or data analytics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling)
• Solid understanding of financial metrics and KPI frameworks
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and synthesize insights clearly
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple business units and functions
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities
Preferred:
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience working in financial services, asset management, or a data-intensive environment
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus
