Job description

Volt is immediately hiring a Financial Operations Specialist in South Jordan, UT.

As a Financial Operations Specialist you will:

This role acts as a subject matter expert, facilitating smooth transition of assets while collaborating with Financial Advisors, internal teams, and beneficiaries to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to clients throughout the inheritance process with empathy and professionalism.
  • Communicate proactively via phone/email to ensure transparency and high service standards.
  • Process and track client requests, ensuring timely completion and follow-ups.
  • Manage daily caseload and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Partner with internal teams and branches to facilitate asset transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, SEC/FINRA regulations, and identity verification standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree preferred,
  • 3 4 years of experience in financial services (client servicing preferred).
  • Knowledge of estates, trusts, retirement plans, and asset distribution processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

This is a Contract full time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
