Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Perform financial booking, loan processing, and funding for commercial bilateral deals with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity

  • Maintain and update billing schedules, pricing structures, and client record data in loan systems

  • Execute loan administration activities including booking loans, payment processing, reconciliation, and quality control reviews

  • Collaborate with document administrators, attorneys, and internal business partners to ensure efficient, accurate transaction processing

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Must have prior banking experience with knowledge of credit agreements or legal documentation

  • Strong understanding of loan documentation, loan booking processes, and financial operations workflows

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with attorneys and cross-functional teams
