Position Overview:

Raven Defense is seeking a highly capable and multi-talented Electrical Technician to support the build and integration of complex electro-mechanical assemblies. This role involves working with RF circuits, digital components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and large mechanical structures. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to fabricate, wire, build, and integrate cutting-edge systems for defense and aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Technical Integration Manager to support electrical system assembly, wiring, and integration.
• Assist in the fabrication and installation of electrical and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical systems.
• Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail when working with RF, digital, and mechanical assemblies.
• Adapt to changing schedules, multiple projects, and short-turnaround tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the full design lifecycle, with the ability to contribute beyond core responsibilities.
• Follow safety guidelines, quality assurance protocols, and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in hands-on assembly of mechanical or electrical systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of high performance in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with technology integration in the defense and/or aerospace industry.
• Background in electronics or mechanical systems within industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or production.
• Familiarity with diagnostic, integration, and test equipment.
• Understanding of PCB design, RF circuits, and electronic system testing.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional travel (up to 25%) is required for this role.
• Travel may involve office/meeting environments, engineering field support, and remote project locations.

Security & Clearance Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Must meet minimum eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
