Location: Exton, PA (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

The User Operations Manager will be focused on managing the performance and responsibilities of the Exton-based User Operations Team. The Team is responsible for order processing, invoicing, contract creation and adjustments, records management, audit integrity, and more. The ability to manage performance, inspire, and support a team will be needed in order to provide a firm foundation for the success of the team. A strong leadership profile, good comprehension of complex processes, excellent communication skills, and attention to details are all a must.

Responsibilities:

The User Operations Manager must have strong leadership qualities and be able to support the team members and their responsibilities:

  • Salesforce and Workday account and contract set up expertise.
  • Contract administration and invoice query resolution.
  • Support Renewal Representatives and Enterprise Analysts on contract renewals, providing invoice and contract corrections.
  • Processing SELECT Cancellations, new SELECT orders, and new product orders.
  • Processing E365/EPS orders, conversions, renewals, and ARR maintenance.
  • Maintain Salesforce and Workday contract subscription records for contact, product, and pricing accuracy.
  • Abide by product/subscription policies and maintain financial controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field, or relevant training or experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Operations, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processing, Contract Administration, or Billing Shared Services.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role leading order management or financial billing specialists.
  • Proven track record working within a global SaaS or Enterprise Software company is preferred.
