Position Title: Senior Business Operations & Financial Management Analyst
Location: Chantilly, VA
Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
U.S. Citizenship required
OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Operations & Financial Management Analyst to support to the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting (SBST) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Office. This role provides financial management, acquisition reporting, and business operations support in a high-visibility acquisition environment.
  • Support budget planning, execution, tracking, and financial reporting
  • Manage funding documents (e.g., MIPRs), expenditures, and financial records
  • Develop financial reports, spend plans, and executive-level briefings
  • Support acquisition reporting and business operations activities
  • Utilize tools such as CCaR for financial tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with program offices, contracting, and financial teams
  • Support PMRs, executive meetings, and tasker management
  • Ensure compliance with DoD and Space Force financial policies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of DoD financial management, acquisition, or budget experience
  • Experience with acquisition reporting and financial execution
  • Familiarity with CCaR and financial tracking tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred
  • Experience supporting Space Force, SSC, NRO, or SDA
  • Knowledge of PPBE and acquisition lifecycle processes
