Summary: 

A Field Construction Project Manager is a site-based leader responsible for the daily supervision of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing daily operations, managing and coordinating all field personnel and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety codes and legal requirements.
  • Managing project schedules and resources, and serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients on site. 
  • Manage financials, risk management, and client relations of assigned projects from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Mentor and develop field team members while effectively managing the overall team. • Work collaboratively with Superintendent, project team members, and field.

Your Experiences, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, or equivalent role, in the construction industry
  • Must have a solid understanding of the semiconductor/data center construction industry, job site safety requirements, contract management, planning and scheduling, budgets, building products, and relevant technology.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Safety: 

Employee will be trained in, and is to follow and lead by example, all general safety requirements of Pentagon Technologies as well as specific safety regulatory requirements 

Work Environment: 

Must be able to function well in an office environment. Must also be able to work in a controlled chemical and wastewater environment. Must also be able to perform in a laboratory environment. Persons who are sensitive to chemical environments with such medical conditions as asthma, allergies, or extreme sensitivity to chemicals may not be considered as good candidates for this position. Must be able to travel to the Pentagon Technologies Facilities in the continental US as required. Must be able to travel to Vendor and Customer facilities within the continental US as required. 

Physical Demands: 

Must pass Company required screening tests. The employee is regularly required to sit and stand, reach with hands and arms and perform light routine office work, which includes computer workstation usage. Should be able to pick-up XX lbs on occasional or regular basis
