Job description

About Wisepath Recruiting

Wisepath Recruiting (a specialized recruiting division of Wisepath Group). We have been exclusively retained to recruit for a premier, established wealth management practice aligned with OneAmerica Financial®.

Our client firm operates under a specialized macroeconomic planning philosophy that prioritizes protection-first strategies, strategic cash-flow, and tax efficiency. This role is a direct-hire placement with our client agency, offering a structured transition program, full back-office administrative support, and localized marketing assistance.

Position Overview

This role bridges the gap between starting out and running a mature wealth management practice. Instead of cold-calling in isolation, you will be integrated directly into active client cases, participating in strategy design and joint-planning meetings alongside a Senior Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing comprehensive macroeconomic financial models.

  • Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination.

  • Manage existing client relationships, addressing daily operational inquiries with high professional standards.

  • Collaborate with the team on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) are highly preferred.

  • Active State Life & Health Insurance License is required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).

  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.

  • High coachability, strong active-listening skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Professional Development

  • Competitive income/ plus performance-based bonuses and joint-work splits.

  • Dedicated training program, licensing sponsorship, and a clear 3-year track to Lead Advisor status.

  • Estimated Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Compensation features a structured hybrid model, typically utilizing a starting base salary or draw program paired with performance bonuses, new business commissions, and joint-work payout splits.

We are committed to equal opportunity and diversity in the workplace. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status. All inquiries and applications are kept confidential.
