Hello, I’m Caroline, a Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance roles. I handle two types of placements: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal’s South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates within your industry.

We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll. I am currently seeking a Financial Analyst for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.

Mission - Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports - Participate in month-end closing processes and general ledger account reconciliations - Ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions in accordance with applicable standards - Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls - Monitor inventory and capital expenditure (Capex) projects - Prepare various financial reports for management - Participate in external audits and collaborate with international accounting teams Your profile - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field - CPA designation is a plus - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis - Strong understanding of accounting standards and month-end processes - Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, in an international collaborative environment - Excellent proficiency in Excel - Experience with SAP is a plus PROCESS: Preliminary interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the HR Consultant.
